Welcome to estudeia. These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the platform available at estudeia.com.br (“platform”, “service”). By creating an account or using the service, you declare that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. What estudeia is

estudeia is a study platform for Brazilian public service entrance exams offering flashcards with spaced repetition, a mistake log, a video lesson track, a study plan and mock exams generated by artificial intelligence, plus gamification features (XP, levels, leaderboard, groups and duels).

2. Registration and account

Access is made through a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your access confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. You agree to provide truthful information and not to impersonate anyone.

3. Plans, payments and Pix

Registration and basic use of the platform (flashcards, lessons, leaderboard and mistake log) are free, with no subscription. Some features are paid per use, through a one-time Pix payment, including AI study plan generation and AI mock exam generation.

• Payments are processed by Mercado Pago; we have no access to bank or card data.
• The price of each feature is shown at the moment of purchase, before confirmation.
• The feature is unlocked after the payment is confirmed by the provider.
• If AI generation fails due to a temporary outage, you may try again at no additional cost for the same item, as indicated on the platform.

4. Refunds and right of withdrawal

Under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, you may request cancellation of a digital feature purchase within 7 (seven) days, provided the paid content has not yet been generated/delivered. As the paid features (plan and mock exam) are generated on demand and delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal applies while the content has not been generated. Requests should be sent to contato@estudeia.com.br.

5. AI-generated content

Study plans and mock exams are generated automatically by AI from the syllabus information you provide. This content is a study aid and may contain inaccuracies, questions outside the exam board's style, or outdated information. estudeia does not guarantee approval in any exam and does not replace the official syllabus, official exam board materials or guidance from teachers.

6. Permitted use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful, personal purposes. It is forbidden to:

• Copy, resell or redistribute platform content without authorization;
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, payment systems or security mechanisms;
• Use bots, scraping or automation that overloads the service;
• Post unlawful or offensive content, or content violating third-party rights, including in groups and duels.

7. YouTube videos and YouTube API Services

The lesson track uses the YouTube API Services to search for, organize and display videos hosted on YouTube. Those videos belong to their respective creators; estudeia does not own that content. The videos are played through the official YouTube embedded player.

By using this feature, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Data processing by Google follows the Google Privacy Policy. Details about what data we access and how it is handled are in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, its brand, layout and software belong to estudeia. The data you create (decks, cards, notes) remains yours; by using it on the platform, you grant us a licence to store and process it exclusively to provide the service.

9. Availability and changes

We strive to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or external causes. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. New versions of these Terms take effect once published on this page.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, estudeia is not liable for study results, decisions made based on AI-generated content, or temporary unavailability of third-party services (Google, YouTube, Mercado Pago).

11. Account termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the user's domicile are elected to settle any disputes, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
